We are going to design four familiy houses in Pankow-Niederschönhausen. Each of them will be planned according to the requests of their prospective owners.

Niederschönhausen has a well established infrastructure. There are good connections to public transport and zhe location is appreciated because of it's opportunities concerning sports and spare time activities as well as kindergartens and schools. All in all it represents a very attractive area to live - surrounded by houses built arround 1920.

The size of the sites varies from 493 to 596 square metres and will cost from 95.000 to 175.000 Euros including landclearing costs excluding building- and additional expenses.
